As Our Centre Director, You Will:

Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of dedicated educators

Champion daily operations with confidence and care

Build meaningful relationships with families and the community

Oversee enrolments, family connections, and team culture

Maintain compliance and uphold the highest quality standards

Use OWNA to manage bookings, CCS, and reporting

Collaborate with our hands-on, experienced Management Team

Who You Are: A warm, driven, and highly organised leader who wants to make a real difference. You bring strength, positivity, and heart to everything you do — and you’re ready to shape the future of early learning in Marsden Park.

Your Essentials:

Diploma or ECT Qualification

At least 12 months experience as a Centre Director

Deep knowledge of EYLF and child development (0–6 years)

Experience with online and paper-based programming

WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification

Confidence in compliance, team leadership, and family engagement

A collaborative spirit and outstanding communication skills
