About the role
Little Superstars Early Learning Centre in Blaxland (close to Penrith) is seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Educator to join our dedicated team. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
1.
Implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs to support children's development 2.
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play 3.
Building positive relationships with children and their families 4.
Observing and documenting children's progress and development 5.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Centre's practices and policies 6.
Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations and standards
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of early childhood education experience.
What we're looking for
1.
Completion of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) 2.
Candidates currently studying Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care will be considered for this position 3.
Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning environment 4.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices 5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6.
Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children 7.
Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check
