Childcare Educator Traineeship

Start your career in Early Childhood Education with a paid traineeship!!

You don't need any prior experience or qualifications. We will organise your enrolment, and you will have time at work for study.

You will receive paid on the job training with a fabulous team of experienced educators while studying your Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Willow Cottage is a small Centre in North Sydney. We are a family owned centre and we value high quality care, and building positive relationships with children and families.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with children, who is a team player with good communication skills. You must be punctual and reliable, and commit to completing your study requirements.

As a trainee you will assist educators in delivering a safe fun and stimulating learning environment, and learn and apply key childcare practices under the guidance of experienced mentors.
