Office Administrator Sparrow Early Learning Pacific Pines Part-time position (Monday - Friday)

Step into the heart of a warm, welcoming early learning centre as ourOffice Administrator -aka Front Desk Friend. This role is all about connection - being the first friendly face families see, the steady support for our team, and the quiet organiser of all things admin. Each day brings something new - greeting little learners and their grown-ups, helping with enrolments, answering calls, and keeping paperwork in perfect order. Itβs a role that blends rhythm, routine, and a touch of joy - perfect for someone who brings calm, kindness, and a love for tidy systems into everything they do.

What youβll need:
Minimum 1 year experience in a Childcare based Administration role
Microsoft office experience, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
Friendly, professional manner with ability to focus in a busy environment.
Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills
High level of organisational and time management skills
Current & Valid Working with Children Check
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) would be highly regarded but not essential
