We are now seeking a motivated and passionateRoom Leader / Lead Educatorto join our wonderful team and help shape the next generation of young learners.

About the Role As the Room Leader, you will:

Lead, inspire and mentor yourearly childhood educatorsto deliver engaging, play-based learning programs

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports every child’s development

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Overseeprogram planning, observations, documentation, and assessmentin line with the EYLF and NQS

Maintain the highest standards ofchild safety, wellbeing, and compliance

Contribute to ourQuality Improvement Planand uphold our service philosophy

Act as theResponsible Personin the absence of the Nominated Supervisor

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA equivalent)

Strong knowledge ofNQS, EYLF, and relevant childcare legislation

CurrentWorking with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, and Child Protection training

Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Previous experience as aRoom Leader or Lead Educator(Assessment & Rating experience highly regarded)
