The Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) is Victoria's largest provider of Residential, Community and Home-based parenting services. With our Residential Early Parenting Centre in Noble Park and Community home-based services across Victoria, we play a special role in providing parenting education and support to thousands of families every year to give their children the best start in life.

The Role:
We are keen to hear from experienced administrators interested in joining our team based in Dandenong South working part time (19 hours per week). The Community Administrator is responsible for all branch administration, supporting staff and overseeing meeting coordination, schedules and reporting deadlines. The role will involve formatting and collating client files, assisting the branch OHSES representative, preparing statistical reports, undertaking responsibility for the Dandenong South car fleet and carrying out general administrative duties.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will need previous experience in an administration role, along with adeptness for information technology. You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
