About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedOSHC Coordinatorto lead our service. This role is responsible for the daily operation and management of the OSHC program, ensuring compliance with the**National Quality Framework (NQF)**and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
You will lead a team of educators, develop and implement engaging programs, and build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
Develop, plan, and deliver engaging programs that reflect childrenβs interests
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of educators
Foster strong partnerships with families, the school, and the community
Maintain accurate records, rosters, and reporting requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Diploma level qualification in School Age Education and Care (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 yearsβ experience working in an OSHC or similar childcare/education setting
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Law/Regulations
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Experience with the My Time, Our Place framework
Skills in behaviour guidance and supporting childrenβs wellbeing
Experience working with diverse communities and families
Strong organisational and administrative skills (rostering, reporting, compliance)
