At Kids Club, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service, Sales & Enrolment Specialist to join our Support Office team in Norwest. This is afull-time, office-based positionworking Monday to Friday, supporting our growing network of premium early childhood learning centres across NSW, VIC and QLD.
IMPORTANT: This role is based at our Support Office in Norwest and requires full-time, on-site attendance Monday to Friday. Remote work and part-time arrangements are not available for this position.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, customer-focused role supporting Kids Club's enrolment and customer service functions. You'll be responsible for:
Family Enrolment Support:
Capturing family details and managing enquiries
Booking and coordinating centre tours
Following up with families post-tour to facilitate enrolments
Supporting families through the enrolment process
Customer Service Excellence:
Managing enrolled family enquiries via email and phone
Resolving customer service issues promptly and professionally
Providing ongoing support to families throughout their Kids Club journey
Maintaining high standards of communication and follow-up
Administrative Excellence:
Supporting day-to-day administration across multiple centres
Managing childcare management systems and CRM platforms
Assisting with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processes and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What You'll Bring:
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years customer service experiencein childcare, education, or similar service industry
Proven experience with childcare management systems (Xplor, QikKids, OWNA or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processes
Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly desirable)
Availability for full-time, Monday to Friday office-based work in Norwest
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in childcare enrolments and account management
Experience in early childhood education sector
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with families
Proactive problem-solving approach
