Diploma & Cert III Educators

We are seeking Diploma & Cert III Float Educators to join our growing team at Little Grommets Early Learning Centre.

Ideal Applicants Will Have:

Diploma or Certificate 3 in Childcare (recognised by ACECQA) or willing to study

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Working With Children Card

Proven experience within the industry

Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework

Exceptional relationship skills with families, children and other educators within the Service

The Skills You Bring:

Planning and implementing an educational program that reflects our play-based philosophy and values the holistic view of each child's development.

Great communication is the key in this role and you have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, educators, support staff and community stakeholders.

Working cooperatively with all team members and stakeholders in supporting curriculum implementation, critical reflection, professional development as well as individual goals and performance.

Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information.
