Diploma Educator

Jenny's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centres are a growing organisation with many established and award-winning early childhood Centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Diploma Qualified Educators, or educators willing to study to join our dedicated team at our Campsie Centre. In conjunction with a team of professional Educators, you will provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education to meet the needs of children in a group setting within a safe and healthy environment in co-operation with parents, colleagues and community professionals.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Planning, implementing and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups following approved curriculum frameworks.

· Participating in healthy eating and physical activities with children

· Consistently encouraging and supporting children by providing meaningful and open interactions that promote a child's sense of belonging, being and becoming.

· Sharing two way, meaningful information with families about a child's progress, relationships, interests and experience,

To be successful in this role, you will:

· Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willing to study towards their Diploma

· Have previous experience as a room leader

· Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.

· Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.

· Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications

· Hold a Working With Child Check clearance (or complete the application process for a new Check).
