Full time Diploma position available at Our Lady of Fatima Preschool and Long Day Care in Caringbah.

🌟 Permanent Full Time - Diploma Educator 5 days per week 76 hrs per fortnight. Toddler room - 20 places.

🎓To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification
• **Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA:**Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis.
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check
• **Practical Knowledge:Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework. **
• **Working experiences:**Previous experience in a similar role.

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-6. Your responsibilities include:

• **Developing High-Quality Curriculum:**Respond to children’s strengths, interests, and needs by developing and implementing an exceptional education and care curriculum.
• **Building Positive Relationships:**Provide active support to children, families, and your team. Build and maintain professional and positive relationships based on respect, trust, and honesty.
• **Supporting Our Identity:**Actively support our organisation’s Catholic identity, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
