Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Narranderais seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday.

The service operates 6:30am-6pm and is licensed for 85 places, catering for 0 to 5-year-olds.

The successful applicant will possess:

Diploma qualification

Current Working with Children's Check

Child protection training

Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

Understanding of the NQS and National Quality Framework

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements

A passion and enthusiasm for learning and a desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

An ability to demonstrate strong skills in observing, programming & planning, to meet children's individual needs.
