Position Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care(or working towards) and haveat least 12 months experience working in the sector

**Thorough Understanding:**Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and planning cycle is essential.

**Responsible Leadership:**Willingness to step up as the Responsible Person in the absence of the Nominated Supervisor.
