Job Description
Mackinnon Parade Childrenβs Centre Inc. is 75 place community-based service located in North Adelaide opposite the University Oval and Adelaide Zoo where we can see the Giraffes and hear the monkeys from our centre.

We are seeking aDiploma Qualified Educatorto join our team. This role is essential in supporting educators and children across ourtwo toddler rooms, helping maintain consistency and quality in our daily practices.
As a support educator, you will:
Work flexibly across both toddler rooms, providing support during staff breaks, programming time, and as needed throughout the day
Be available to workup to 76 hours a fortnight or at the minimum 48 hours a fortnight.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Assist with routines, transitions, and meaningful learning experiences
Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
Uphold the centreβs child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting requirements
Maintain professionalism, initiative, and adaptability across varied environments
Collaborate closely with the teaching team and leadership to support smooth day-to-day operations
