Stride Early Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicatedRoom leaderto join our dynamic team across our Brabham, Wattle Grove, Karrinyup , Perth CBD and Coolbellup services! As a Room Leader , you will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children while supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of our center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and FUN environment for children and your co-workers!

• Curriculum planning

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Take on tasks as a responsible person

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood education and leadership.

• Xplor and Playground software experience desirable but not essential

• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar) is preferred
