About the business
Who is Hippity Hop Early Learning?
We are a small company who designs and operates our centres to look and feel like a home away from home.
We offer our local community a kindergarten program within a long day care settings in order to meet the needs of all families.
We are community minded and understand the benefits for children and families to feel connected within our local community.

About the roles
We now have a positions for Diploma Lead Educator to fill a maternity leave position in our 0-2 age group for a 15 month contract with the possibility of an ongoing permanent position.
The role will require you to;
Develop or support in the development of quality program design and implementation.
Participate in critical reflection and analysis of learning.
Inspire and challenge children daily to reach their full potential.
Have a passion for sustainability.
Drive quality practices and principles within the centre.
Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community, in our centre's personal van form a large part of our program.
Be willing to work a rotating roster between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30pm

Skills and experience
To be successful you will
Hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 2-year experience .
Have patience and a caring nature.
Be willing to have fun, with a love of messy play and the outdoors.
Be a team member who is fun, friendly and leads with purpose and integrity.
Be a passionate and highly driven person with strong initiative.
Be 100% reliable and honest.
Hold a current Working With children check, first aid, CPR, asthma management and anaphylaxis.
Be able to foster strong relationships with children and their families.
Have a passion for creating beautiful learning environments both indoors and out.
Be willing to work with our centre pets to teach children responsibility, love and kindness.
