We’re getting ready to open our brand-new Young Minds Academy in Elderslie late 2025 and are looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

We’ll share more about the centre soon, but we can tell you it’s going to be a beautiful space where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow — and where educators are valued and supported.

What we’re looking for:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

At least 2 years’ experience in an early learning setting

Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

A team player with a positive attitude

Current First Aid and Working With Children Check

Permanent residency in Australia

In this role you will:

Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs

Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs

Document children’s learning and development

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

Contribute to the service’s Quality Improvement Plan

Support and mentor other team members
