Diploma trained Early Childhood Educators | Fulltime 38 hours/week

We are looking for committed, energetic and capable Educators for our 94 place service in Wollert.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators. You will have an evident passion for providing a warm, and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community.

Qualifications & experience:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care

Previous experience working with children from 0-6 years old

Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Be approachable and well respected

A few key responsibilities of the role include:

Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.

Complying with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning.

Working in partnership with a team of Educators who provide high quality early childhood education and care.

The service operates Monday to Friday, 6.30am–6.30pm. These are permanent full-time positions, working 38 hours per week, commencing immediately. To be successful in this role, you will need flexible availability within these hours.
