Supporting the planning and implementation of play-based learning programs

Helping children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively

Assisting in the day-to-day operation of your room

Building strong relationships with families and colleagues

Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space

Willingness to study and complete your Diploma Traineeship

📚 What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you must have:

ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Essential)

Current NSW Working with Children Check

Australian permanent residency

Strong communication skills – verbal and written

A caring, enthusiastic personality and genuine passion for working with children

Willingness to learn and follow guidance as part of your traineeship
