Director Diploma or Bachelor qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care Full Time 38hrs./week $48.25-$52.90 per hour(based on experience)**

One Tree Community Services - Kalkee Road Children’s Centre**provides high-quality childcare services for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our services include a funded kindergarten program for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, ensuring a comprehensive early learning experience.

**What you’ll bring and do **

• Diploma in Early Childhood/ Bachelor of Education- ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check or Valid VIT.
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid Qualification
• 4+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in staffing arrangements - rostering and timesheets
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication
• Capacity to build a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Support Team building and find creative solutions
• Recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
• Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
• Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Engage with local community
• Have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
• Be open-minded and patient
• Support high quality program, practice and curriculum
• An unwavering passion for children, their learning and care
• Support daily operations, understanding of child safe standards
• Required to be Nominated Supervisor and Responsible person.

**Sign on incentives and bonuses include **

• $250/week housing allowance (subject to eligibility criteria)
• relocation allowance of $3K (for applicants outside of region - subject to eligibility criteria)
• one-off bonus of $10k after 12 months
