Director/Nominated Supervisor

Director/Nominated Supervisor – Camelot Preschool Allawah

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Director/Nominated Supervisor to support the leadership and day-to-day running of our 39-place early learning service, working closely with our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law, and all regulatory requirements

Lead and manage the team, including mentoring educators and overseeing staff performance and professional development

Take responsibility for the educational program, ensuring it meets the EYLF and supports children’s learning and development

Oversee health, safety, wellbeing, and risk management across the service

Act as the Responsible Person on site, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with families and external agencies

Service planning, quality improvement, and community engagement

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role, and as a Nominated Supervisor

Thorough knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and childhood legislation

Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications
