About the Role
Collaborate with our supportive team of Educators at our Schools of Early Learning. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join a leading early childhood service. Positions are at our North Perth & Attadale centre. This role works alongside two Assistant Educators and includes:
Working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.00pm.
Work collaboratively with children and engage in an Atelier space central to each centre.
Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
Developing, implementing and evaluating daily care routines and programmes for individual children and groups.
Networking and meetings with other Teachers across our centres.
Embrace personal growth and quality improvement through learning and reflective procedures.
Work in accordance with food safety regulations and the National Quality Standards.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
A degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards an Early Childhood Degree.
TRBWA Registration or willing to obtain one
Current Working with Children Card or be willing to obtain one.
Valid Australian Working Rights.
Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated understanding of โchild safeโ environment.
