About the Role
This is not your average admin job.
As part of ourRight Hand Services team, youโll become a trusted partner for service directors, overseeing accounts and ensuring the behind-the-scenes of early learning runs smoothly.
You will:
Support family accounts, enrolments, and admin systems
Review and update policies to keep them clear, compliant, and practical
Prepare monthly admin reports that capture the real story of each service
Assist with Quality Improvement Plans and self-assessments
Be the steady point of contact for directors, families, and staff
Bring encouragement and clarity on the tough days, while keeping systems organised
Help directors feel confident, compliant, and connected

About You
Weโre looking for someone who is both capable and kind.
Experienced in early childhood education (operations, director, 2IC)
Strong knowledge of service operations and compliance
Organised, reliable, and detail-focused, you love ticking things off a list
Have experience with managing family accounts
Compassionate and people-focused, you can hold space for others while also creating solutions
Passionate about simplifying systems and supporting directors so they can thrive
