**The role:

Working as the Early Childhood Centre manager you will be responsible for managing end to end daily operations of the 95 place long day care service! In this position you will be delivering a high standard quality care and pedagogy curriculum program plan to children and families.

• Above award rates $53.54 - $71.01 per hourdepending on experience & qualification level plus a generous relocation incentive of up to**$5,000 Plus Quarterly Bonuses.**
• Full Time permanent position Monday - Friday (Set shifts).
• 95 licenced placed service.
• Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Rostering, working towards budgets and clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ensure a safe environment for children, staff, families and the community.
• Attract and maintain productive and purposeful relationships.
• Sound understanding of the mandatory reporting processes and ensure the highest standards of child safety.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA Approved qualification)
• Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
• Clear International Police Check (PC)
• CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certificates
