Lead and mentor educators across the centre
Drive quality programs that meet NQF & VEYLDF standards
Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing culture
Partner with families and the local community
What you’ll bring:
Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care
Experience leading and inspiring educators
Knowledge of NQF, EYLF & VEYLDF
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
WWCC + Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
