Early Childhood Educator

Position:Early Childhood Educator - Casual Qualification requirements:Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Hourly Rate:$32.73 per hour + (25% casual loading)**

The Team:**

Located at the RAAF Base in Bullsbrook, One Tree Defence Unit Flying Start is located in a heritage cottage with grassy lawns and a nature playground outside. With only 23 children this service is perfect for educators who want to build relationships with children, families, and a lovely community. There’s a Long Day Care, Nursery, Toddler Room and Preschool. Opening from 6.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

**The Role:

**We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma qualified Educator with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in nurturing and inspiring both children and colleagues, helping foster a love for learning in an environment committed to educational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality education and care to children
• Develop and implement engaging learning activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Collaborate with the Defence community to enhance support

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Experience working with children in a similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build connections with Defence families and the local community
