**Location:**Bondi Junction and Bronte **Positions:**4 x Diploma Qualified Educators & 1 x Cert III Educator (Float – 25 hours) Salary:
- Diploma:$73,963.10 - $85,057.56 + 12% Super
- Cert III:$63,676.98 - $73,228.61 + 12% Super

About the Roles
As an Early Childhood Educator with Waverley Council, you’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive, and child-focused team that delivershigh-quality education and careto children aged 0–5 years. Our preschool program and early learning curriculum are holistic and support transitions through each stage of development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Supporting inclusive practicesand promoting children’sagency and voice
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Frameworkand relevant regulations
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and yourteam
- Participating in ongoing reflection, learning, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Diploma Roles – You’ll need:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection certification
Australian working rights
Cert III Role (Float Educator) – You’ll need:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection certification
