We are looking for a compassionate and driven Early Childhood Educator with a Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent) who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you are committed to nurturing young minds and fostering positive learning experiences, we want to hear from you!
As an ideal candidate, you are not just qualified but also possess a genuine desire to support the development of children aged 2 to 5 years.

Your Role in Making a Difference
- Collaborate with the Center Director to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
- Create engaging and educational activities that support children's growth and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a supportive community.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
- Document and assess children's progress to ensure tailored educational experiences.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
- Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices and policies.
- Support the implementation of our Center's philosophy and values in your day-to-day activities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses a Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent).
- Holds a current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or is willing to obtain one).
- Has a valid Working with Children's Check (or is willing to obtain one).
- Demonstrates experience in delivering quality education and care for young children.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows a passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Is adaptable, positive, and a team player.
- Values continuous professional development and growth.
