Your Role in Making a Difference

• Collaborate with the Center Director to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
• Create engaging and educational activities that support children's growth and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a supportive community.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
• Document and assess children's progress to ensure tailored educational experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
• Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices and policies.
• Support the implementation of our Center's philosophy and values in your day-to-day activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Possesses a Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent).
• Holds a current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or is willing to obtain one).
• Has a valid Working with Children's Check (or is willing to obtain one).
• Demonstrates experience in delivering quality education and care for young children.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shows a passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Is adaptable, positive, and a team player.
• Values continuous professional development and growth.
