Nurture Early Learning is seeking full-time experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our dynamic team in Victoria Park, WA. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children, while being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Observe, document and assess children's progress to support their holistic development

Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations to ensure a safe and nurturing environment

Collaborate with the educational team to continuously improve the quality of the program

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Educator

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships

Creativity and flexibility to engage children in play-based learning

Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to learn and grow

Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid Working with Children Check
