As we expand our Early Learning programs in the Diocese of Wollongong, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team.

What You Bring to the Role

• You hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) and are ready to make a significant impact.
• You have experience in delivering high-quality education and care for young children.
• You possess knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• You are an exceptional communicator, able to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• You have strong time management skills and can adapt to changing priorities.
• You are committed to promoting and embodying the mission and values of CatholicCare.
• You are willing to obtain necessary checks and training, including a Working with Children Check and Child Protection training.
• You may have experience supporting children with diverse learning needs.
