What You Bring to the Role
- You hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) and are ready to make a significant impact.
- You have experience in delivering high-quality education and care for young children.
- You possess knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- You are an exceptional communicator, able to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- You have strong time management skills and can adapt to changing priorities.
- You are committed to promoting and embodying the mission and values of CatholicCare.
- You are willing to obtain necessary checks and training, including a Working with Children Check and Child Protection training.
- You may have experience supporting children with diverse learning needs.
