Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of early childhood education experience.

Qualifications & Attributes:

Strong communication skills.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or in progress).

Familiarity with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework.

Ability to support young children with care and empathy.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Current Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain).

Protecting Children Mandatory Reporting Training (or willingness to undergo).

Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Police Check.

Passion for childcare and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Provide care and education to children, supervising various learning experiences.

Design, implement, and enhance daily activities.

Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with families and children.

Foster trust, compassion, and strong relationships with children.

Share developmental milestones with families.
