We are seeking a dedicated and passionate**Early Childhood Educator*to join our team in Mogo, working with children aged3–6 years old*.

This is not just a role. It’s an opportunity to contribute toclosing the gap in Aboriginal educational outcomes, to partner with families and Elders, and to honour the strong foundations already in place.

Position Details

• **Hours:**8:00am – 4:00pm
• **Work Options:**School term only OR full-time, year-round
• **Employment Type:**Full-time or Part-time (4 days per week)
• **Experience:**Minimum 1 year working with children aged 3–6 years What We Offer

• Holds a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education(or working towards).
• Has at least 1 year of experiencesupporting children aged 3–6 years.
• Is passionate about cultural connection and reconciliation in education.
• Believes in the power of early learning to transform lives.
• Values collaboration, respect, and innovation.
• Wants to be part of something bigger than a classroom — a movement for positive change.
