Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

• Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in early education is a bonus, but not essential for Cert III applicants

• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development

Personal Qualities:

• Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing

• Strong communication skills

• Open to learning and using technology

• Committed to high-quality education and care

Your Role as an Educator:

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

• Collaborate with families and the team to support each child’s development

• Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
