Early Childhood Educator - Part Time Positions

Barry Beckett Children’s Centre is built on Wurundjeri land, near Merri Creek and associated bushland and parks.

We are looking at filling the following positions:

2 x Early Childhood Educator - Part time positions, starting ASAP and ending 19th December, 2025. Requirements of the role: 24 hours per week (8 hours per day) on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Please note: There is potential for this role to become permanent ongoing.

Qualifications: Minimum ACECQA approved Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Children’s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and how this looks in practice

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care

• Current Working with Children Check, Current Level Two qualifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis Awareness & Administration of an EpiPen, and Asthma
