About Us
Possum Early Childhood Centre in Hazelbrook has a proud reputation for partnering with families and delivering high-quality early learning. We have recently expanded and are excited to grow our team. Surrounded by the beautiful Blue Mountains and just a short drive from Penrith, Possum ECC offers a nurturing, inspiring environment for both children and educators.
When children turn three, they transition to Possum ECC, which specialises in education for preschool-aged children (3-5 years).
At Possum ECC, our educators build strong relationships with children and create purpose-driven spaces that foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development. Our evidence-based practices include:

We are engaging in practitioner research to develop a unique pedagogy tailored for children, ensuring we remain leaders in early childhood education.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated Diploma-qualified educator to join our team in a full-time role. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to a vibrant and innovative learning environment.

Competitive Salary: We currently pay 10% above award rate, which will increase to 15% above award rate in December 2025.

About You
Weβre searching for a passionate educator who:
βοΈ Has a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
