Early Childhood Educator Room Leader - Rochester

Location:Rochester Tenure: Full time / Permanent Remuneration:****$69,226.75 to $72,887.58 pa + superannuation & leave loading

Campaspe Shire Council are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator – Room Leader to join our dedicated team at Rochester Early Learning.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality education and care programs that reflect our holistic approach. Working closely with our experienced and supportive Early Years team, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children and their families. As a Room Leader, you will also support the Centre Coordinator in the delivery of care that aligns with current legislation, centre objectives, and the service’s philosophy and policies.

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Diploma in Children’s Services and / or Bachelor of Early Childhood

  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood service provision and knowledge of early childhood development, including the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Child Safe Standards

  • HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • National Police Check

  • Valid driver’s licence
