Job Description

We are looking to hire aCert III/DiplomagraduateRoom Leaderfor our centre. We would LOVE to have you if you have a genuine love for working with children and being part of their growth and learning.

Care for children between ages of 6 weeks to 6 years

Have a strong knowledge of National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework to ensure compliance

Value and build strong relationships with families

Implement curriculum alongside peers and ensure safety and health of children in your care

Problem solve throughout the day with team members

About You

Hold a Diploma/Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)

Has at least 1 year experience of being a Room Leader

Confident in making Observations, Planning and Programming for the room

Fun loving and playful energy

Warm and loving approach

Possesses a growth mindset and is looking for a warm, supportive team culture
