Early Childhood Educators – Break Cover

Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre is a purpose built Long Day Care, Montessori & Preschool Centre located in North Kellyville NSW, catering for up to 104 children daily, aged from 6 weeks to 6 years.

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and adaptable educator to join our team as aBreak Cover Educator. In this permanent part-time position, you will work across various age groups, providing lunch and programming cover support while building meaningful connections with children, colleagues, and families.

What You Will Need

· Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

· Current Working with Children Check

· First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

· 1–2 years' experience working with children aged 0–5 years (preferred)

· Typical hours are from 8.30am and 2.00pm

· A warm, collaborative approach and passion for child-led, play-based learning in a Montessori environment
