Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

Observe and assess the needs and development of each child and adapt programs accordingly.

Collaborate with families to share insights and build strong partnerships.

Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.

Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must:

Hold aCertificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Have a valid Working with Children Check.

Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain).

Be committed to a casual position.
