Early Childhood Educators - Multiple Roles

We are a warm, family-run service in Maroubra seeking Educators to fill roles in different rooms. These are full-time and part-times roles where you will have the chance to play a pivotal part in providing high-quality education and care. We have multiple interesting roles within our service.

We are looking for:

Casual and part-time Educators either Certificate 3, Diploma or ECT

Full-time Diploma or ECT Nursery Room Leader

All roles require experiences, a friendly and welcoming personality and someone who can be flexible with hours, immediate starts available.

What we are after in our Lead Educator - Nursery Room

Key responsibilities will include:

Plan, implement and evaluate engaging programs and documentation

Create a caring, stimulating environment for the babies

Build strong, respectful relationships with families

Guide and mentor other Educators in the room

Ensure compliance with education, supervision and health and safety

Contribute to the service Quality improvement plan

What we are looking for:

Diploma (or higher) in Early childhood

Ability to work full time hours on a rotating roster

Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators. Experience in 0-2 years a bonus

Strong, confident communication

Current WWCC, First Aid and Child protection
