Certificate III Educator

Centre Cook (Part time or Full time)

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

2 x Traineeships for Certificate III or Diploma

Experienced educator qualities we are looking for:

a positive, bubbly and patient individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children

confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members

excellent communication skills - verbal and written

knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF

knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to milestones

knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusive practices

eagerness to lead and teach the incredible growing minds of little ones

ability to create quality learning experiences for children

ECT qualities we are looking for:

all of the above + supporting Educational Leader

experience with implementing and leading a preschool program

strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children

experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way

confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey

availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)

Centre Cook qualities we are looking for:

most important - a strong passion for food and cooking!

ability to work in a fast paced environment

great communication and organisation skills

good time management skills

knowledge and experience with ECEC menu planning and weekly shopping

Knowledge and experience with tailoring meals and cooking methods for children with allergies

a minimum qualification in ECEC (not mandatory)

ability to positively support and work with educators on a frequent basis

relevant certifications (food handing or food safety supervisor, etc)

Trainee qualities we are looking for:

a positive and can-do attitude in the workplace

willingness to learn and become a great educator in ECEC
