About the Role

As Nominated Supervisor, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Mentor, guide, and support our team of educators.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and frameworks.

Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community.

Focus on hands-on leadership, working closely with children and educators.

Have dedicated off-the-floor time to complete administrative, planning, and leadership tasks.

What You’ll Need

Australian working rights

Diploma (minimum) orECT qualification (ACECQA approved); working towards ECT will be considered

Current NSW Working with Children Check

Child Protection Training and understanding of child safe standards

First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (current and approved)

NESA Teacher Accreditation (preferred)

Strong knowledge of theNational Law and Regulations,EYLF, and best practices in early childhood education
