Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced Team Leader who:

**Is not afraid to speak out.**The standard you walk past, is the standard you accept. We want someone who has grit and resilience, who is kind and empathetic

Has a minimum 2 years experienceas a Team Leader in an early childhood environment

**Is qualified :**You hold a diploma in early childhood education and care

**Is team-oriented:**You thrive in a positive culture and value respectful relationships

**Is values-led:**You live and breathe our WIRE values —WONDER, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, EMPOWERMENT

**Is committed to growth:**You're a lifelong learner, passionate about supporting children's development and your own

**Is a clear communicator:**You're organised and an excellent coordinator

Has a clear understandingof their obligations regardingChild Safe Standards.

Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Has a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card
