Defence One Tree Childcare - Kids Brigade **Palmerston, NT 0830 ** Fixed Term until December 2025 with possibility of extension Nursery Room Lead Educator role Immediate start available
$35.25 - $36.32 per hour*, plus $16.60 per week remote allowance.

**About Kids Brigade:Kids Brigade, a part of One Tree Defence Unit, is conveniently located just a short drive from Darwin, nestled in the picturesque suburb of Durack. With space for up to 85 children across three distinct rooms, One Tree Defence Unit - Kids Brigade provides ample opportunities for you to advance your career. ** **Position requirements:**Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Completion of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- As this is a Room Leader position, at least 2 years experience at Lead Educator or Diploma level will be required
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
