About the role:

This is a full-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that nurtures every child’s social, emotional, cultural, educational, and physical needs. You’ll design and deliver inspiring programs that foster wellbeing, growth, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional health and safety standards at all times.

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging educational programs.

• Create play-based learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and abilities.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and achievements.

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

• Contribute to and participate in community projects and initiatives.

• Collaborate with a passionate team in a supportive, interactive learning environment.

About you:

You’re a passionate, motivated Early Childhood Teacher who creates high-quality programs and engaging routines that spark curiosity and a love of learning. You’ll shape meaningful educational experiences while building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key skills and requirements:

• ACECQA Approved Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Current Working with Children Check

• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication

• Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

• Strong computer skills

• Current approved First Aid Certificate

• Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
