AMIGA Montessori is a family-run organisation experiencing rapid growth in the childcare sector. We currently operate 16 centres (and counting) dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to six years in purpose-built facilities. Our holistic approach draws on Montessori principles—practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture, and language—and aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in Early Childhood Education
• Current VIT registration
• Organised and proactive, with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Montessori training or experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
