Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor Qualified) $40.07 - $55.45 p/h (inclusive of additional loadings) Part-Time | Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) **Little Geckos - One Tree Defence Unit, Tindal NT

Weโre seeking aBachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacherto join our 3โ5 years room. This part-time role (Monday - Friday 7.5 hours per day) is perfect for someone passionate about play-based learning, early childhood development, and building strong, supportive relationships with children and families.

About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality programs guided by the EYLF and NQF.
- Create meaningful, play-based learning experiences based on children's interests.
- Observe, assess, and document learning progress.
- Build secure, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team.
- Embrace flexibility and a commitment to reflective practice.
What Youโll Need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Current Working with Children Check and Teacherโs Registration
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Certificates
- Valid driverโs license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for early childhood education
