Goodna Kids Early Learning Centre - Smiths Road is a purpose-built Reggio Emilia inspired Early Learning Centre that has been rated EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards in all 7 areas. This beautiful centre is licensed for 85 places a day across five beautiful studios. We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our existing team.

**We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!**If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our exceptional team at Goodna Smiths Road. You will have ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor), non-contact Educational Leader and Assistant Centre Manager.

The successful applicant will:

Hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).

Show a clear understanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework) and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).

Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups.

Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

Show a genuine interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
