We are seeking a passionateKindergarten Teacherto lead an inclusive, inquiry-based program that honours children’s strengths and inspires a lifelong love of learning. The ideal candidate will hold a strong image of the child as capable and full of potential, and reflect this view in their daily practice, planning, and interactions.

We welcome overseas candidates with ACECQA-approved qualifications. Located near local transport and the relaxing bayside foreshore, our service is a peaceful and inspiring place to teach and grow.

What You Bring:

Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (local or ACECQA-recognised)

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 4–6

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and QKLG

Experience designing project-based learning inspired by children’s interests

Astrong image of the childand the ability to reflect this in teaching, documentation, and relationships

Commitment to inclusive, relationship-led teaching

A belief that learning is built through genuine connection
