Early Childhood Teacher Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Kindergarten aged children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote learning and development across all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to support the professional growth of assistant educators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications required:

• ACECQA approved Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
